Last updated: September 2026. This privacy policy applies to www.schedulify.at

1. Controller

Contact

The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is: Schedulify GesbR Badrus 20 6710 Nenzing, Austria Email: kontakt@schedulify.at If you have questions about the processing of your data or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us at this email address.

2. General information

Principles

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions, in particular the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). Data is only passed on to third parties to the extent described in this policy or where required by law.

3. Hosting and server logs

Hosting

This website is operated on a server in the Nuremberg data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner. Provider privacy policy: https://www.hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy

Server logs

When you visit our website, technically necessary data is processed automatically: IP address, date and time of access, page or file requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system, and the amount of data transferred. The purpose is to provide and secure the website, to protect against misuse and to analyse technical errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). Logs are kept for no longer than 30 days unless longer retention is required in an individual case to investigate a specific incident.

4. Contacting us

Contact form

If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, we process the information you provide (name, email address, optionally company or organisation and website, your topic and your message) in order to handle your inquiry and answer follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual inquiry) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). The inquiry is sent as an email via our own mailbox and stored there. The mailbox provider is World4You Internet Services GmbH, Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße 2, BT3, 4020 Linz, Austria, with whom a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Processing takes place in Austria; no data is transferred to third countries. Provider privacy policy: https://www.world4you.com/unternehmen/datenschutzerklaerung The form data is not stored on the web server itself. We keep your inquiry until it has been fully dealt with, for no longer than three years, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Your data is not passed on to third parties.

Protection against automated submissions (ALTCHA)

To protect the contact form against spam and automated access, we use the open-source solution ALTCHA. Before the form is submitted, your browser solves a small computational task ("proof of work"); the result is sent to our server together with the form and verified there. ALTCHA runs entirely on our own server: no data is passed on to third parties, no cookies are set and no user profiles are created. No personal data beyond the form data is processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting our contact form against misuse.

Contact by email

If you email us directly, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message in order to handle your request. Our mailboxes are operated by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße 2, BT3, 4020 Linz, Austria (see above). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Messages are kept until your request has been dealt with, for no longer than three years, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Website analytics

Website analytics (Umami)

To understand how our website is used, we use the open-source software Umami. We operate Umami ourselves on our own server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, Nuremberg data centre); no data is transferred to the maker of Umami or to any other third party. Umami does not set cookies and stores nothing on your device. Your IP address is not stored; it is only used briefly to derive an anonymised identifier that changes daily, so it cannot be traced back to you. The following is recorded: page visited, referrer (the page you came from), browser, operating system and device type, screen size, language, country, time and duration of the visit, and anonymous events (e.g. a click on "Get started" or a successfully sent contact form). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is improving our website. As no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required under § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021).

6. Cookies and fonts

No cookies

This website does not set any cookies and does not store any data on your device. The language of the site is determined solely by the address you visit (English under /en).

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are served from our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made when you visit the site.

7. Transfers to third countries

No third-country transfers

Your data is not transferred to any country outside the European Union. This website is hosted in Germany (Hetzner), our mailboxes are operated in Austria (World4You), and website analytics run on our own server in Germany.

8. Your rights

Data subject rights

You have the right of access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, simply send an email to kontakt@schedulify.at.
